Curtain rod is a device used to suspend curtains and essential to a strong window design. It can be found in any room of the houses and is always affixed on the wall with decorative finials and brackets. It can operate as telescopic rod, single rod, double rod and swing arm rod. Normally, we supply the diameter of 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1 1/8", 1 3/8" & 1 1/2" rod with 0.6mm thickness for our clients. To fit curtain finial with central screw, we are able to insert a nut inside the rod. Besides straight rods, we are capable of making the rod curving for your bay window. The longest of coating/plating rod we can offer is 3.5M and 2M. Regarding the rod more than 3.5M or 2M, we suggest using pole connector to connect the rods, since it is a cheaper way to accomplish a curtain rods set and you will have more flexibility for selecting the rod colors. For bay windows, curved rods or straight rod with Corner Connector will be accomplished. To guarantee the quality of iron rod, our QC department always does the salt spray test prior to shipping; moreover, we have coating thickness gauge to ensure the thickness of the surface treatment are sustainable for daily use.

Curtain Rod Splicer

Curtain rod splicer is used to connect two same diameter poles when the pole is not long enough. The splicer is inserted inside the poles leaving an outer visible seam between the poles. This seam is hidden by the middle bracket. The color of the splicer does not affect the color of the poles as this product is inserted inside the poles.
